About Kitchen Class
We are striving to bridge the gap of understanding of food equality
here in East Los Angeles through education. We begin at the source by teaching new culinary candidates that will serve the community with curriculum that is deeply rooted in the study of clean cooking and better living. Students given a chance to understand the philosophy in the kitchen and the importance of health, will then help bring our mission to the community face to face, becoming a conduit advocating towards a wealth of heath for our people.

Saturday, May 18th come visit our booth @ the East Los Angeles Farmers Market 10am-1pm at East LA Civic Center 4801 East 3rd Street
We will be cooking and teaching live all day!
This week we will be featuring FENNEL as our main ingredient along with a few other seasonal items we find at the market in real time!
