About Kitchen Class
We are striving to bridge the gap of understanding of food equality
here in East Los Angeles through education. We begin at the source by teaching new culinary candidates that will serve the community with curriculum that is deeply rooted in the study of clean cooking and better living. Students given a chance to understand the philosophy in the kitchen and the importance of health, will then help bring our mission to the community face to face, becoming a conduit advocating towards a wealth of health for our people.
